    SwiftConnect costs $150 per month, with no long-term contracts. That’s significantly less than most 24/7 answering services and brings more value with automated dispatching and direct job opportunities.
  • ❓ Do I need to be available 24/7 to use SwiftConnect?
    No. You control your availability. You can accept or decline jobs based on your schedule. SwiftConnect works with your business—not the other way around.
  • ❓ Can I choose which types of jobs I receive?
    Yes. During onboarding, you can set your service types, coverage area, and preferred working hours. The system only matches you with jobs that fit your profile.
  • ❓ How do I get paid?
    You can choose to get paid directly through in-app payments (secure and fast) or manage payments manually with your own system. Payments are released after service is marked complete.
  • ❓ Are there any commission or transaction fees?
    The subscription covers most costs. If in-app payments are used, there may be a small transaction fee (like 2–3%) to cover processing costs.
  • ❓ What happens if I miss a job request?
    If you don’t respond to a request within a certain timeframe, it’s sent to the next closest available provider. You’ll never be penalized for declining or missing a job.
  • ❓ Can I cancel anytime?
    Yes. There are no long-term contracts or commitments. You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time.
